Maureen M. Villadelgado
Maureen works with individuals and families to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to achieve their personal estate planning goals with a particular focus on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, preserving and protecting assets and minimizing probate. In addition, Maureen advises clients in the administration of estates and trusts and also serves as a Trustee and Personal Representative.
Maureen is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. She is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council where she is currently serving as Chair of the Seminars/Webinars Committee and has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2022. She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association and The Boston Foundation’s Professional Advisors Network.
Maureen is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). She was also named to the list of Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year from 2019 to 2021.
