Maureen is a Principal in the firm. She joined the firm in 2007 and focuses her practice on estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration.
Maureen works with individuals and families to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to achieve their personal estate planning goals with a particular focus on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, preserving and protecting assets and minimizing probate. In addition, Maureen advises clients in the administration of estates and trusts and also serves as a Trustee and Personal Representative.
Maureen is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. She is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council where she is currently serving on the Board of Directors and has previously served as Chair of the Seminars/Webinars Committee and Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. She is also a member of The Boston Foundation’s Professional Advisors Network.
Maureen is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). She was also named to the list of Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year from 2019 to 2021.
